Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 4dlover, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 4dlover strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with internationally recognised standards for regulated gambling activities.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling operates in a complex legal environment in Malaysia and accept personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
• You must be a natural person registering an Account in your own name. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

Registration & Accounts

5.1 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 4dlover Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are prohibited from using fictitious names, false identities, or another person's details.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility. You must notify 4dlover immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat on the Platform.

4dlover will never request your password by email, chat, or telephone. Any communication appearing to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5.3 KYC Verification

4dlover reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, and will require such verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of address dated within three months, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4dlover accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted. Processing times and applicable limits vary by method.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance promptly following successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, birthday rewards, referral credits, and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that specific offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed for each promotion and may range from 10x to 35x depending on the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated validity period will result in the automatic expiry of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.

7.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Players found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated or systematic behaviour will have bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.

Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds, lottery purchases, and other wagering activity conducted on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the absolute discretion of 4dlover. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or Player at any time without providing a reason. Bets are only valid upon confirmation from the Platform's system; verbal or informal agreements do not constitute valid wagers.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, incorrect odds, or system error, 4dlover reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — where a pricing error is self-evident — may be voided regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Winnings arising from such errors are not payable.

8.3 Match Integrity

Bets placed on sporting events where there is evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of cheating — as determined by 4dlover at its discretion or in reliance on official sports governing body findings — may be voided. 4dlover cooperates with sports integrity organisations and relevant authorities where required.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4dlover Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial crime, or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform's software to gain an unintended advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to mask your true geographic location or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening conduct towards 4dlover staff or other Platform users.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or facilitating payment on behalf of another Player.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4dlover and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services; (c) any errors in odds, game results, or account data arising from technical malfunction; or (d) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

Termination

4dlover reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; regulatory compliance requirements; or as a result of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling request by the Player.

Upon termination for breach, any balance held in the Account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the discretion of 4dlover's compliance team, particularly where the Account breach involves fraud, money laundering, or AML concerns. In all other closure scenarios, legitimate deposit balances will be returned to the Player through the standard withdrawal process subject to KYC completion.

A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting the 4dlover support team. Pending withdrawal requests and any applicable active bonus requirements will be addressed prior to final closure.

Amendments

4dlover reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address or a prominent notification on the Platform. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
